Alta Arbor Announces Megan Tervo as VP Finance & Controller

DALLAS, TX - Alta Arbor Holdings is pleased to announce the appointment of Megan Tervo as Vice President of Finance & Controller. In this role, she will lead financial operations, strategic planning, and corporate governance to support the firm’s continued growth.

Megan brings over a decade of financial leadership experience, having worked in consulting and corporate finance roles across multiple industries. Before joining Alta Arbor, she was a Project Leader at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where she helped drive financial strategies and operational efficiencies. Prior to that, she held leadership roles at Care.com and PwC, building expertise in accounting, compliance, and performance optimization.

Megan holds an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a BSB in Accounting, Finance, and Spanish Studies from the University of Minnesota.
